Wrist Pain

For the last two weeks I have been having excruciating wrist pain when typing. I’m planning on getting a wireless keyboard because I spend 10 hours plus a day typing on my PowerBook keyboard.

I searched for different ergonomics tips on how to hold your hands so as not to develop carpel tunnel syndrome. No matter what I do they still seem to hurt though. I’m too young to be having this pain and I really want to avoid as much damage as possible. I’m starting to get weird numb pains up my arms and sharp shooting pains up my wrist starting at my pinky.

I’m going to be try a typing break for the night but if anyone has had success after having some pain, let me know your tips and tricks because right now I’ll try anything.
