If the hunger isn’t there, is the diet still working?

Yesterday I had cravings, but I wasn’t hungry. I could eat, but didn’t have to. I’m wondering though, if the hunger itself is starting to subside, is the diet still working?

My Brother called me and said “I think I can actually feel my body eating its own fat.”. I could not agree with him more. During my first week, I could literally feel my body adjusting to the diet, and I have to admit that it did feel like it was eating the fat away. Yesterday, and so far today, I have not felt that.
