The Ultimate Keyboard
This is simply amazing. Beautiful, usable, and sexy. The Ultimate Keyboard from Microsoft is a bluetooth, backlit and rechargable keyboard and mouse which honestly is the first product from Redmond that I have to have. (via FayerWayer).

Personally, I think that keyboard is ugly. The features may be cool, but it’s not very appealing.

So, can someone explain to me the desire for a wireless keyboard? It seems about as necessary as a wireless fridge. I mean, it’d be nice to have my fridge in the living room with me - but I probably wouldn’t do it that often and it would probably be offset by needing to recharge it every so often.
I mean, I understand media-PCs having wireless keyboards - that’s pretty useful. But it seems that every damned nice looking keyboard now-a-days makes me recharge it. It annoys the crap out of me when my keyboard never moves an inch, and has its cord mostly covered up by the monitor anyway.
Wireless mice, man those are great inventions. That little tail being gone is the nicest thing since sliced bread. It glides and glides without any trouble, snags, or difference in necessary force.
On the flip-side, it does look like a neat keyboard. I hate to say, but Microsoft does make some very nice peripherals.
