Peter Jackson is a liar

It turns out Peter Jackson lied about the whole New Line/The Hobbit fiasco. Looks like he just wants to get a better deal. Also looks like there will be a lot of pissed off, former fans.

I still can’t forgive him for LOTR. It would be much easier to write off the changes if he did them to save time/money but it seems most were just out of wanting his own version of the story. It’d also be much easier to ignore if his team hadn’t done such a good job with camera work sets/effects/etc.

I still have hopes for this film, but not expectations.

I don’t agree with this assumption at all. Not even a little.

And, I don’t agree with Alex.

    It appears I don’t agree.

In all honestly, after the Hollywood spin for all sides involved in this little “issue” have done what they do I doubt the general public will every really know what’s going on.

I did want to point this out because Peter Jackson is not completely without guilt in everything he does (meaning this could very well be true whether Colin agrees or not).

Mike: Could you point to some actual cases please?

    No I can’t. Doesn’t mean he’s completely flawless though.
