					<description>Ronald:  A lot of times people don't know that something is "impassable".  I think that is the main problem.  Seeing someone else in an accident doesn't immediately make you think that you will have no choice into getting in one too.

All kidding aside, it is really unfortunate to see things like this - but you have to wonder about the guy/gal that was holding down their accelerator the entire time.  People that live above the snow line really should look to getting some lessons in driving on slick surfaces.</description>
