Anxiety - Dead simple to-do lists
If you are like me, a simple to do list is enough to remind you of what you need to do for the day. Writing out verbose descriptions, applying them to contexts, locations, projects, etc. etc. might be overkill for the way that you work.
The simple interface
Anxiety is a dead simple to-do list manager that syncs with Mail.app and iCal using Mac OS X 10.5’s built-in tasks management system. It provides simple interface, so you don’t need to have Mail.app or iCal open to use it, and it can be hidden away by clicking its menu bar icon.
The standard GTD applications that we see coming out of the woodwork lately are a little too complex for the way that I work. For some projects, I feel that the GTD methodology is a perfect fit, but for many simple daily tasks - you’d spend more time cataloging what you need to get done than actually getting it done.

Just started to give this a shot now that I’m running Leopard. Liking it so far. One of the hardest things for me to do is actually getting myself to check off the tasks that are done. I’m getting a little better.
